What to Expect
- 01Getting started is simple. You can request an appointment through our website or schedule a consultation call to see if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll help match you with the right therapist and walk you through next steps at a pace that feels manageable. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out — that’s part of what therapy is for.
- 02A consultation call is a brief, low-pressure conversation where we learn a bit about what you’re looking for and answer any questions you may have. This isn’t a therapy session, and there’s no obligation to move forward. Our goal is simply to help you feel informed, supported, and confident about whether working together feels like the right fit.
- 03We work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, big emotions, trauma, relationship stress, high-conflict situations, divorce, and emotional abuse. Our therapists specialize in trauma-informed care, play therapy for children, and support for adults healing from overwhelming or invalidating experiences. If you’re unsure whether we’re the right place for you, we’re happy to talk it through.
- 04Your first session is a chance to slow down, share what’s been weighing on you, and begin building a sense of safety and trust. Your therapist will ask questions to better understand your concerns, history, and goals, while also making space for what feels most important to you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — therapy moves at your pace.
- 05Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our Colleyville office and secure telehealth sessions for clients located in Texas. This flexibility allows you to choose the option that best fits your schedule, comfort level, and needs.
- 06Standard therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes. Session length and frequency may vary depending on the type of therapy and individual needs, and this can be discussed with your therapist during the intake process.
