Children are at the heart of my work, and advocating for them is one of my greatest passions. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, creating a warm and inclusive space where clients feel seen, valued, and emotionally safe. My background and lived experience allow me to bring a culturally informed, compassionate perspective into the therapy room as I walk alongside clients on their healing journey.
Working with me feels supportive, encouraging, and grounded in safety. I use an Adlerian, play-based approach and frequently incorporate sand tray and art therapy to help clients explore emotions, build confidence, and develop practical coping skills. I partner closely with caregivers and focus on concerns such as anxiety, anger management, ADHD, self-esteem, and emotional regulation, helping clients move toward meaningful and lasting change.
