I provide counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families in a culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirming environment. My work integrates Adlerian theory, play therapy, and expressive arts to support self-understanding, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. I believe creativity plays a powerful role in healing, and that both children and adults benefit from opportunities to explore, play, and express themselves.

Working with me feels collaborative, encouraging, and emotionally safe. While I am a counseling intern, I bring nearly two decades of experience working closely with children and families, which informs my calm, grounded presence and deep respect for each client’s story. Sessions often blend thoughtful conversation with creativity and play, allowing space for gentle growth, insight, and resilience to develop at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
