Brooke Regian, M.Ed., MS, LPC

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families using Adlerian therapy and play-based, developmentally appropriate approaches. My background as both a counselor and a former first grade teacher informs my understanding of child development, learning and family dynamics. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel understood, encouraged, and emotionally safe as they build insight, coping skills, and stronger connections at home and in their relationships.

My approach is collaborative and encouraging, with a strong focus on understanding the meaning behind behaviors rather than simply addressing surface-level concerns. Through play therapy and an Adlerian lens, I help children and caregivers navigate big emotions, anxiety, family transitions, and emotional burnout in ways that feel natural and empowering. My goal is to support growth, confidence, and lasting change both inside and outside the therapy room.
